I need a tattoo artist?!?

i need a tattoo artist who is good at what he does! i mean good! heres the trick im 17 but look alot older, is there anywhere in utah who wont id me? i need this tattoo, it represents alot of myself, and my life events. its something i need and have wanted for over 2 years. so if there is anybody or anyplace that if they ask im "18" that they will hook me up?
