Where can I buy very small sizes for women?

I can totally relate. Although there aren't many 70's esc. clothes out there for extremely small women, try Delia*s. They have nice things that aren't too kid-like. Try Express or maybe even Kohl's or JCpenny's. Although they aren't the ideal for "sleek and modern", they actually have some cute items in Juniors.
