Just for clarity; should we say it is unhealthy to call a country an islamic state?

Not in terms of warmongering. But should we at least drop the ambiguity and stop making people think there is a double standard where there isn't? And ps. just because i think husbands don't own their wives doesn't mean i want to bomb anyplace as a result.
