Where can i get the jump maual for free?

Is there anyplace that i can get this thing for free i really need to increase my vert for basketball but my mom wnt by it for me and im bbroke so if anyone knows tell me orrr if anyone would be so nice and give me their username and password for it i would love you for ever! lol but really i need help please and thank you!
