Some material or particles get deposited on my last or main teeth. how can i clean or remove this ?

I eat veg & non veg . On my right side last teeth some material or particals get deposited . I brush my teeth twice daily ,i use warm sodiumchloride water to rinse my mouth after all doing these nothing goes right. I have no money to pay the dentist .please help me how to remove this material or particles ?
