Powerbrick went crazy after x clamp fix?

I don't know what i did but i did the the x clamp fix and now my 360 powerbrick is just flashing all colors red,orange,and green although instead of using thermal paste i used gasket maker could that be the problem? Also another thing is my gpu is getting warm and not hot but the cpu is cold to the touch what went wrong could someone tell me and 1 more thing when i was cleaning off the old thermal paste some of the rubbing alchol got on the motherboard but i dried it up before it could get worst and it wasnt turned on but could someone tell me what i did wrong
