Tax question: If I itemize.....?

,,,,,because of my previously stated gambling winnings, is there anyplace on the internet where I can find a chart showing the percentages of deductions for each category that will not trigger an audit? In other words, how much in medical expenses for my income would fly "under the radar" etc etc etc
