My aunt just did my piercings but I think it's infected?

My Monroe piercing is red and crust and puss comes out I've been cleaning it with antibacterial soap and seasalt warm water since I got it buti hurts alot my other two piercings arnt like that and I've been cleaning them the same way my nose and belly button are fine help plz
