10g lip jewelry. Any place I can find it?

I have my right side lip piercing stretched to a 10g. I'm getting tired of my captive bead ring. But I've gone to stores at the mall, and the only jewelry in 10g isn't fit for a lip. I'm looking for a gold (not real) lip stud in 10g. Anyplace I can find it. I don't want to downsize my lip piercing. I don't care if it's an online store. I'm just looking for somewhere that sells 10g lip jewelry, preferably that fake gold stud I mentioned earlier. Thanks.
