Is it weird that I'm homeschooled 18 and a 13 ur old in regular school has more of a outgoing life then I do?

This 13 yr old goes out everyweekend till 11 or 12am and I'm always at home everyweekend cause I don't have anyplace to go I don't know my way around town all my friends r busy I don't have to go to work I'm very social but everytime it's the weekend my friends blow me off and idk where a club is at so what should I do
